This policy explains how Evidence Storage Solutions LLC (“ESS,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through louisianaevidencestorage.com (the “Site”). It applies only to the Site. Evidence and case materials placed in our custody are governed by the separate ESS Storage Agreement, not by this policy.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, company or firm, email address, phone number, client type, and your message. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you requested. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss storage or inspection services.
- To prepare quotes, agreements, and scheduling if you become a client.
- To keep the Site secure and working properly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing.
