Most evidence aside from vehicles can be stored inside the facility. That includes documents, physical exhibits, electronic devices, clothing, personal property, photographs, and any other case materials requiring secure, climate-controlled storage.
Yes. Vehicles are stored outside on the property, with two options: under our open-air covered structure — a roofed shed with open sides that shelters vehicles from rain and direct sun — or in a secured open-air lot. Both carry the same chain-of-custody documentation and security protocols; pricing differs between them.
For inspection purposes only — we do not offer long-term EV storage. Given the fire risk associated with lithium-ion batteries, we require the delivering party to remain present with the vehicle throughout the inspection. A deposit is collected in advance and returned afterward, provided no facility damage occurs.
We provide the facility, tools, and workspace — a vehicle lift, conference room, professional lighting, and the necessary inspection equipment. You arrange your own qualified professionals to conduct the actual inspection.
Access is strictly limited to authorized parties of record. All requests must be submitted in advance with proper documentation, and ESS maintains a full access log for every interaction with stored evidence.

We offer 6-month and 12-month storage agreements with transparent, predictable pricing. Renewal options are available if your case extends beyond the initial term.
Every item entering our facility is photographed, labeled, cataloged, and logged at intake. All access, transfers, and releases are documented with timestamps and authorized signatures.
